Introduction:
This equipment is divided into two different models according to the different pressure (KH – 35T
and KH-60T). On the basis of the commonly used mechanical cold press machines, We made too
much improvement and adjustment. It can be used for pressing of large, medium and small saw
blade segment, fan-shape segment, diameter of 14, 12, 10, 8, 6 mm drill bit segment and some
special shape segment, etc.
New features:
1. The structure of four guide pillars, feeding the metal powder into the mould with high precision,
installing cold press mould is conveniently and simply;
2. The screen is working together with the brake, greatly increasing safety factor for operator;
3. Strengthen wear parts optimization, maintenance rate is much lower than the past similar
equipments, increasing service life of the machine;
4. Small and delicate LED work light;
5. Feeding the metal powder in the way of pneumatic, feeding more twice extraly in a short
distance and more accurate;
6. This equipment has a pressure relief device, turning a hand wheel can relieve pressure
easily when the machine is stuck;
