What is the first step of the cutter head?

6. generally, the mixing time is 2-3 hours (except for special ones). After mixing, add the pre weighed diamond (add glycerin or liquid paraffin, mix well manually and fully wet) into the bucket and continue mixing for about 0.5 hours;
