1. If the dry cutting saw blade is used, it must be idled for several seconds every 10~15 seconds for dry cutting to cool the saw blade. For larger cutting depth, it should be cut step by step. When the dry cutting saw blade is cooled with water, the effect will be better.
2. Curve cutting and side grinding are not allowed during the cutting process. The use of curve cutting and side grinding is likely to cause cracks, block falling or matrix breaking of the saw blade.
3. If the cutting is inclined, the cutting depth should not be too large. Pay attention to safety during the cutting process. Try not to keep your body and the saw blade on the same plane. If you hear abnormal sound during the cutting process, stop cutting immediately and check whether the saw blade is damaged, or check whether the fixed screw of the saw blade is loose.
4. If the saw blade is blocked during use, the saw blade will become blunt. Please re cut the blade with ceramic grinding wheel or refractory brick (that is, cut ten knives on the ceramic grinding wheel or refractory brick). The sharpness can be restored after re cutting.
5. In case of noise and severe vibration during the cutting process, stop immediately to check whether the saw blade has been cracked or broken. If cracks and broken blocks occur, replace the blade with a new one.
6. When cutting, the saw blade head exceeds the cutting blade material by more than 2mm, which can reduce the edge popping degree of the cut material.
7. If the hole diameter of the saw blade does not conform to the main shaft of the cutting machine, a washer of appropriate size can be equipped. However, during the cutting process, pay attention to whether the saw blade shakes. If so, check whether the washer falls off. If the washer falls off and continues to be used, it is easy to cause the saw blade to vibrate during cutting, and eventually cause the saw blade to be out of round and can not be used again.
