1.The new system makes the machine more stable.
2.Diamond wire saw machines are used for cutting large stone mines or quarry, the machine adopts double frequency conversion +PLC to control, in the cutting process, the tension of the wire saw ropes can be realized and the automatic control of the cutting process can be realized. The system is reliable and the control accuracy is high.
3.The automatic control status can realize the change of tracking load, and adjust the walking speed of the machine scientifically, so that the diamond wire saw is always in the best working condition.
4.The machine has protective functions such as broken rope, overload, lack of phase, terminal limit and so on.
5.It also has the functions of electric turnover, electric transverse motion and fast walking.
6The high-end machine has increased the limit switch during the turn, and the main motor can only be turned over within 180 degrees.
7A fault detection function is added to the control panel to make it easier to identify the cause of the fault and to reduce the time it takes to find the fault.
According to customer needs, the machine can increase the dual speed walking configuration, the maximum speed of walking up to 3 m/min.
