At present, the saw blade industry uses automated spray painting to replace manual spray painting. Manual spray painting is prone to problems:

1. Paint is more harmful to human body.

2. The thickness of manual spray paint is different, which will affect the quality in the later stage.

3. The spraying quality is not well controlled, and it needs a certain chance to rework, reducing efficiency.

The reasons for painting are:

1. Prevent the saw blade from rusting and make the saw blade more beautiful.

The paint types include colorless varnish, silver, yellow, green, blue, red, black, bronze, iron, etc., according to the purpose of the saw blade, and the saw blades of different cutting objects use different paint types.

According to customer requirements, there are two spray painting methods, full spray and half spray. Half spray refers to spray only the substrate without spraying the knife head; full spray means that both the substrate and the knife head are sprayed with paint.

The reason for saw blade sandblasting is:

1. At the same time, through the removal of dirt, check whether there is a weld at the welding point of the cutter head.

2. Remove the dirt left by the welding part due to the melting of the welding piece

3. If there is a weld, it should be repaired again. First energize to heat up the weld to a molten state, then apply a layer of silver flux evenly on the weld, and plug the weld with a silver solder sheet to melt it, so as to repair the weld and improve the welding strength.
